To make a reservation
A deposit of the first nights' stay is required, by debit/credit car. For a one night
booking a 50% deposit is required. All major credit cards accepted.

Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you should have to cancel your stay with us the following charges apply:

• More than 21 days prior to arrival date - £25 administration fee.
• 21 days-48 hours prior to arrival date - 50% of total cost or 100% if a one night only booking.
• Within 48 hours of arrival date - 100% of total cost.
  

Cancellation charges will be taken from credit card details, as initially supplied. We strongly advise you take out cancellation insurance.

Check-in
Is between 4pm and 7pm (other times by prior arrangement only).
Check-out is by 10am midweek and 10.30am Sat/Sun & Bank Holidays.

Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the breakfast room 8am to 9am midweek
8.30am to 9.30am weekends and bank holidays.

Children
Well behaved children over 12 years are very welcome as paying guests.

Smoking
The Town House has a strictly no smoking policy. Guests who ignore this policy will be charged the cost of an additional nights' stay to allow the room to air.
