A B&B booked for the night after a friend's wedding is often just a place to crash out. The Midhurst Town House was so much more than that. From the moment we arrived Charles made us feel that we were in a home from home; this was a feeling that only increased over our stay. Beyond the sumptuous beds and wonderful hospitality, we have to give Charles five stars for the wonderful breakfast. We couldn't recommend the Midhurst Town House more.

After staying in 8 different facilities during our tours of England and Ireland, we can say that the overall experience at the Midhurst Townhouse was the best - especially your personal hospitality. Thanks again for making the start of our trip a pleasure.

A lovely house, right in the centre of Midhurst. Our room was stylish and comfortable. Breakfasts were tempting, generous and delicious. Charles was the perfect host, going the extra mile to ensure that all our needs were met. Definitely recommendable.

Charles is an adept and friendly host and, when we stayed, cracked open a bottle of bubbly when I mentioned it was my birthday at no extra cost. Having stayed at other places in Midhurst, The Town House is now at top of its accommodation league. His breakfasts, which are freshly cooked while you dig into your tea and toast, is what all B&Bs should offer, but sadly don’t.

A quick note to thank you for your excellent hospitality when we stayed this weekend. The Town House is a glorious establishment, beautifully presented and very comfortable and welcoming. And the breakfast was so fantastic that we couldn't eat another thing until dinner! We will certainly stay with you again, and recommend you to our friends.

Sarah and Craig, London

Just a note expressing our sincere thanks from the whole family contingent that stayed at your excellent B&B accommodation last weekend. Your suggestion of us treating it just like home was made ever so easy when we were welcomed as virtually members of your family and vice versa.

It was a pleasure to be in such elegant, comfortable, accommodation which was very central to the small town of Midhurst. The breakfasts were exemplarily and very much enjoyed by all.

I know I didn’t join in the ‘family discussions’ as much as the other members of the family, but I was just pleased to be able to come, having just been discharged from hospital three days earlier.

The wedding went wonderfully well, despite some very heavy showers all the group photos for the essential ‘Album’ were fitted in at one stage or another.

A Great Success.

Thanks ever so much for your role in the exercise, it was (is) very much appreciated.
