Events such as the renowned Cowdray Polo, Goodwood Festival of Speed, Vintage and Revival car meetings, Goodwood horse racing, Goodwood Sculpture Park, Chichester and Arundel Cathedrals, Chichester Festival Theatre, Pallant House Gallery, walking or cycling the South Downs Way, Arundel Castle, West Dean College, West Dean Open Air Museum and many local historic houses and gardens such as Petworth, Parham, Stansted and West Dean.
South Downs National Park - Granted National Park status in 2009 the South Downs are just a joy to roam, whether you are walking the South Downs Way, or just having a day out and wish to stroll or picnic in the beautiful countryside. There are many places of interest to suit all ages. The daffodils and bluebells at Stopham are simply stunning and are a must to visit in the months of April and May. Bignor Hill is a spectacular walk and view point.
